Who we are

Zobocash is a skill-based gaming and fintech platform operating in Nigeria. We protect your personal information under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.

What we collect

• Identity: Name, username, email, date of birth (for age verification).
• Financial: Bank account details for withdrawals, transaction history. We never store card numbers — Paystack handles all card data.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, device info, login timestamps.
• Game data: Session IDs, scores, session duration, prize code redemptions.

Payment security (PCI DSS)

All payments go through Paystack, certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest payment security standard. When you deposit:

• Your card details go directly to Paystack's encrypted page — we never see them.
• Paystack returns only a transaction reference to our servers.
• All communication uses TLS 1.2+ encryption.

Your rights under NDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any right, email privacy@zobocash.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We only share with Paystack (payments), Nigerian regulatory authorities (when legally required), and cloud infrastructure providers under strict data agreements.
